Try a regular drugstore. At CVS they sell Milani brand, which is inexpensive (about $3.50 per bottle) and has the colors you're looking for. Try Sun Flash, Juicy Glo, Pink Pop, or Tropical Fiesta.

CVS would be a good shot because it carries so many make up brand products. They have all different brands and colors for an inexpensive price. Also, Sally Hansen Beauty Suply would be good, because they also have many nail polishes and I know I've gotten similar colored polishes there before. That might be a little more expensive. Good luck!
You can get great neon coloured nail polishes in most pharmacies and drugstores!

You have to usually apply 2 coats of it, depending how yu want it! =]
Sidecca in the mall...they have all kinds of nail polish and ive seen the colors ur looking for and the brand is called Santee

I think OPI might have some really pretty colours, but neon, I'm not so sure
I found some exactly like that in Icing (by Claires) At the mall. It also comes in orange and green, I'm going to get some later ! =D
