Believe it or not, Dollar stores carry alot of crazy nail polish colours, try looking there first..And many Drug Stores carry a wide variety of nail polishes..Good Luck..

Check out Sally's Beauty Supply store. They have the best selection of nail polish. Specifically look for Finger Paints nail color in Psychedelic Pop - it's a really bright hot pink. I have some and it really stands out. It's almost neon!!!! :)
A store called ';Trade Secret.'; You can find them in most malls. Also a lot of actual nail salons sell polish. OPI has bright pink polish. If you are that desperate go on their website and order it there.
you can go to any nail salon and just purchase some of there colors or sally's beauty supplies has A LOT! of bright colors thats where i get mine =]
