Keep the skirt and really make it your own!
Dye it all PINK, or spot it PINK, Go for it!
(Nail polish can be a killer but don't let it stop you from ever wearing it again)
OMG I hate when that happens that happen to my a%26amp;f skirt about 2 weeks ago so i just bought a new one.
paint more nail polish over it and whip it off...it'll loosen the original paint, but don't smear and use clear on top if you can so you can see what you're doing...
What ever you do DO NOT USE NAIL POLISH REMOVER (unless the skirt is completely white!)
Sorry but anything strong enough to remove the nail polish will also weaken or discolor the fabric. You can try nail polish remover.

i dont think you can take if off. try washing it a couple of times.
