Can a guy get away with wearing clear or light pink nail polish without attacting to much attention?

A freind needed to wear clear nail polish for about a year becuase his findernails were pitted and brittle.





I do not recall him saying anyone noticed. However it was notriciable

When I and my husband get pedicures the lady puts the clear pink polish on his toes and it doesn't look like pink polish, just makes his toes look healthy
